There is a Garlic Conveyor with Stainless Steel Rollers. a good Brushing Table, with 20 soft brushes, and a Bulb Sizing Machine at the end of the line. It can brush the dirt and soil off garlic, and sort Garlic Bulb with 6 sizes automaticlly.

Why we Clean the Garlic ?
Cleaning Garlic before selling is an essential step . Cleaned Garlic bulbs look more fresh and appealing. Removing soil and loose outer layers creates a neat and uniform apperance, which is crucial for retail and export markets. What’s more, Cleaning helps identify and remove damaged or diseased bulbs, maintaining high-quality standards. More importantly, Removing external moisture and soil reduces the risk of fungal growth or rotting.
Have you wondered how your garlic can be cleaned? Well here you go. The Garlic Bulbs are placed in Conveyor with Stainless Steel Rollers. You can check for defect during the process. Then they are fed on to a brush table and carefully cleaned .The final step is into the Garlic Grader, which has drum with designed hole size to sort the garlic into sizes.

The Garlic Bulb Conveyor has Stainless Steel Rollers and Inspecting Platform. You can check and inspect the garlic bulbs conveniently.
We install 20 soft brushes to Garlic Brushing Machine . They rotate and brush the soil, external dry peals and any other parts without damage the garlic bulbs.
Garlic Sizing Machine has 6 drum with designed hole size to sort the garlic into 6 sizes. The Garlic Head will fall down from the right hole size, and unload from corresponding outlet.
We install Red Handle at the outlet to control unloading .
