HGBM-2 Carlic Brush Cleaning and Sorting Machine will clean garlic dirt with 5 brushes and sort clean garlic bulb to 4 sizes automaticlly.

The Garlic Bulb Brushing line includes three parts: Roller Conveyor, Garlic Brush cleaning Machine and Garlic Bulb Grader.

Roller Conveyor transfer Garlic Bulb uniformly to the brushing machine. and then the 2m wide Brushing Machine remove efficiently the soil and the external brown peals. after that, the cleaned garlic bulb will be graded to 3 sizes automaticlly.

Therefore,  The Garlic Cleaning Machine is also called Garlic dry cleaning sorting machine,  Garlic Brushing Machine, and Garlic cleaning and grading machine.

The Machine clean Garlic with soft brushes. They rotate and remove the soil, external dry peals and any other parts without damage the garlic bulbs.

Garlic Bulb Sorting Machine will grade Garlic to 4 sizes automaticlly.  The Sorting sizes are customized, like 45mm, 50mm 55mm  60mm etc.

We install red handle at the outlets to control the unloading.  Graded Garlic will come out from the right outlets.
