Preparation for the Garlic Splitting
- Cut off Garlic root and stem in advance. So that it can splitt the bulb more efficient.
- Cure Garlic Bulb properlly.
- Grade the Garlic Bulb with sizes. Big – Medium- Small. It will split garlic more uniformly.
