The HGBS-3 Garlic Bulb Separating and Grading Line was sent to Peru at June 20, 2024.

This Garlic Seed Line can separate 2-3 tons Garlic Bulb Head to single Seed Garlic Seed in one hour.  Suitable for Commercial Garlic Farm planting more than 10 hectares.

The cloves can be sorted by mechanically through rubber covered rollers or a drum grader. Grading assists mechanical planting, separates smaller cloves and allows the largest to be planted first.

Select cloves of the correct size and colour that are free of pests and diseases. Small cloves will produce smaller bulbs than larger cloves and can, depending on the variety, be discarded. When bulking up a variety it may be necessary to plant all cloves, including bulbils.

What machines are included in the Garlic Seed Line ?

The Garlic Seed Splitting and Grading Line includes Four machines:   Two Garlic Conveyors,  One Seed Garlic Splitter and another Seed Clove Sorter Machine.  The Four Machines will work together automaticlly to make good cloves for planting .  What’s more,  The Garlic Separating Line can also be part of the Garlic Peedling Line.  By grading the cloves with different sizes, the Garlic Grading Machine will blow away the garlic skin and impurities. and convey to Garlic Peeler.

The electric control cabinet will control the Four machines and will protect the machines when electric off.
