HGBS-3S SUS Garlic Splitter and Grader are Stainless Steel, and can Split Garlic to Seed Garlic, Sort Seed with 5 sizes effectively. It is a complete line for Garlic processing.
The Garlic Seed Preparing Line includes four machines: Garlic Bulb Conveyor, Garlic Bulb Splitter, Garlic Clove Conveyor and Garlic Seed Grader. The three machines work together automaticlly and make 2-3 tons Garlic Cloves effectively in one hour. It is suitable for Commercial Garlic farm bigger than 5 hectares.
Sorting Garlic Seed assists mechanical planting, separates smaller cloves and allows the largest to be planted first. Select cloves of the correct size and colour that are free of pests and diseases. Small cloves will produce smaller bulbs than larger cloves and can, depending on the variety, be discarded.
