Planting Pattern
If you plant 4 rows in a 1 metre bed, and don’t want to plant right to the edge of the bed as the inner distance of tractor is 1,100 mm, so the 1,000mm wide planting would give you little room for the plants to grow with out being crushed on the edge by the tyres as I cultivate during the season. Hence you can plant at a maximum width of 900mm.
