The Garlic Bulb Grader apply for grading garlic bulb with sizes. Different garlic bulb size will be sorted and seperated to corresponding material outlets. The sorted garlic bulb can be packed and sell directly. It will save time and labor costs with 80%.
Installed with 7 pathways , which adopts food-grade silicone belt. It is flexible, non-toxic, harmless, and anti-aging. They sort garlic bulb and convey same size out by slop.
All material contact part are stainless steel, and thickening of soft package. It will not damage the garlic bulb during sorting.
The sorting machine uses a silicone belt on top and an aluminum groove underneath to hold it in place and prevent deviation. The working track is made of food-grade silicone belt, which is highly elastic, non-toxic, harmless, and anti-aging.
All parts in contact with the garlic are thickened and padded to prevent damage to the garlic during the grading process and to avoid skin discoloration. The grading size is adjustable.
The grading speed is adjustable to achieve maximum accuracy.
