HGB-10S Garlic Sorting Machine by HUAYO GARLIC can sort 10 tons  garlic head with 6 sizes automaticlly. It is an important Garlic Bulbs Sorting by size equipment for Commercial Garlic Growers.

This integrated garlic Sorting line consists of a cleaning & inspection table, lifting conveyor and perforated belt grading machine.  Workers remove defective and muddy garlic at the front inspection station, then clean bulbs are automatically lifted into the grading unit. The core soft perforated rubber belt with gradually enlarged holes sorts garlic into 6 sizes gently without scratching or cracking garlic skins.

It solves the labor-intensive manual sorting bottleneck for large garlic farms and export factories, delivers uniform graded intact garlic and greatly improves post-harvest processing efficiency.

The  Sorting Line includes the following 3 machines: Garlic Shaking Machine, Conveyor, and Garlic Sorting Machine.

the whole line is 9m long, and can process 8-10 tons of Garlic in one hour.

a. Garlic Shaking Machine

Remove the soil, external dry peals and any other parts before sorting.

b. Belt conveyor will transfer garlic to Garlic Sorting machine automaticlly.

c. Garlic Sorting Machine

The Garlic Sorting Machine will sort Garlic head with 6 sizes.  There is handle on the outlet to control the Garlic unloading .

Our Garlic Sorter can be adapted as number of sizes as needed to optimize the crop marketing.

You can hang on bags to the outlets and collect garlics automaticlly.

This Garlic Sorting Machine adopts flexible perforated rubber belts with gradually increasing hole sizes for sorting, different from rigid metal roller graders.

The holes on the belts expand progressively from the feeding end to the discharging end: small garlic bulbs fall through the front small holes, while larger bulbs travel backward and drop out via the bigger rear holes.

Equipped with six side discharge chutes, it can separate garlic bulbs into six distinct size grades in one single pass, including small, medium, large and extra-large specifications.

We install durable PVC with the sorting belt.  There is round holes on the belt , and The hole sizes are customized according to your need.

The size of the Garlic varies from approximately 25 to 50 mm in diameter, with an average size between 35 and 45 mm.
