Solo garlic, also known as single clove garlic, chinese garlic, monobulb garlic, single bulb garlic, or pearl garlic. It has smaller size than nomal big garlic head.
Therefore, We make this Solo Garlic Grading Line specially for Commercial Garlic Farm and Big Garlic Farm, to sort Single Clove Solo Garlics uniformly and effectively.
The Solo Garlic Head Sorting line includes three main parts:
Firstly, the Garlic Shaking Machine will shake and removes scrap, third grade bulbs, stones and soil before grading.
Secondly, the Belt Conveyor transfer Garlic Bulb uniformly to the Garlic Grading Machine.
Thirdly, the Solo Garlic Sorting Machine will sort clean Garlic bulb with 5 sizes uniformly.

Remove the soil, external dry peals and any other parts before sorting.
b. Belt conveyor will transfer Solo garlic to Garlic Sorting machine automaticlly.
c. Garlic Sorting Machine
The Solo Garlic Sorting Machine will sort Garlic head with 6 sizes. There is handle on the outlet to control the Garlic unloading .
Our Garlic Sorter can be adapted as number of sizes as needed to optimize the crop marketing.
You can hang on bags to the outlets and collect garlics automaticlly.

We install durable PVC with the sorting belt. There is round holes on the belt , and The hole sizes are customized according to your need.
