HGBS-3S SUS Garlic Seed Splitter and Grader are Stainless Steel, and can Split Garlic to Seed Garlic, Sort Seed with 5 sizes effectively. It is a complete line for Garlic processing.
The Garlic Seed Preparing Line includes four machines: Garlic Bulb Conveyor, Garlic Bulb Splitter, Garlic Clove Conveyor and Garlic Seed Grader. The three machines work together automaticlly and make 2-3 tons Garlic Cloves effectively in one hour.
The Automatic Garlic Splitting and Grading Line will grade cloves with Four sizes : Big, Medium, Small and Impurities. The Same size Garlic cloves will come out from one outlet, and can be packed directly. The Garlic skin and other impurities will be blowed away at same time. The Garlic Splitter will protect Garlic Clove from mechnical damage and make them in good condition. Therefore, the Garlic Cloves can be sold to Garlic Farms for growing , or to make garlic powders and other products.

What machines are included in the line ?
a. Garlic Bulb Conveyor
The Garlic Bulb Conveyor has belt with bucket. It conveys Garlic Bulbs to Garlic splitter Continuously and steadily.
b. Garlic Bulb Splitter
The Bulb Splitter has special material, which will protect Garlic extremely and make good cloves . The splitted Garlic Clove can be planted as Garlic seeds with good growing performance. It can also be a part of Garlic peeling line to improve productivity. The Garlic Splitter breaks Garlic with Silicone Mill, which protect Garlic skin mostly. It can produce 2000-3000 kg Garlic per hour.
c. Garlic Seed Conveyor
Garlic Seed will upload to the Garlic Grading Machine automaticlly.
d. Garlic Seed Grading machine
The Garlic Seed go into the Rotating Screen Roller of Garlic Grading Machine unformly. The Rotating Screen have 5 size mesh. Smallest Garlic Seed will come out from the holes firstly, others go on to the second hole levels. then Second Garlic seed size fall down .
The biggest garlic seed will go out at last. The splitted Garlic Seed will be graded to Four sizes effectively.
