The Detailed Garlic Seed Splitting and Calibrating Process:
1. Careful splitting
The Splitting and Calibration of the cloves is the first step for a uniform, regular plantation. High work output allows for the amount shelled to be adapted to the rhythm of the plantation.
The Garlic Splitting Machine uses the gap between the upper and lower silicone plates and centrifugal force to squeeze and rub the entire garlic head into cloves. The garlic stems and garlic heads are blown away from the machine from one side by the built-in fan and can be recycled. The separated garlic cloves roll out from the other side of the machine.
