What functions included in the HGSF-600 Garlic Seed Splitter and Sizer ?
It includes two parts: HGS-600 Garlic Seed Splitter and HGF-600 Seed Sizer.
Firstly, The Garlic Seed Splitter will break Bulb to cloves without mechnical damage.
Secondly, The Seed sizer grade garlic seed with 3 sizes automaticlly.
How will the Garlic Seed Splitter break garlic ?
The separation and classification of the cloves is the first step for a uniform, regular plantation. make sure the breaking machine does not cause any damage or bruising to the cloves as they will be used for planting.
The HGSF-600 Garlic Splitter and Clove Sorter uses the gap between the upper and lower silicone plates, and centrifugal force to squeeze and rub the entire garlic head into cloves. Then The garlic stems and garlic heads are blown away from the machine from one side , by the built-in fan and can be recycled. Finally, The separated garlic cloves roll out to the clove sorting machine. which will rotate and sort them with 3 sizes.

The biggest and fattest cloves around the outside of your garlic bulb will typically produce the best plants, and many people choose to eat any smaller inner cloves but these can be planted too.
How to Size Seed Garlic ?
The cloves can be sorted by mechanically through rubber covered rollers of HGF-600 Clove Sorter. Grading assists mechanical planting, separates smaller cloves and allows the largest to be planted first.
Select cloves of the correct size and colour that are free of pests and diseases. Small cloves will produce smaller bulbs than larger cloves and can, depending on the variety, be discarded. When bulking up a variety it may be necessary to plant all cloves, including bulbils.
