The Garlic Grading Machine includes two main parts: Garlic Bulb Conveyor, and Garlic Bulb Sorter.
Firstly, drop Garlic bulbs to the conveyor. The Stainless Steel Roller will convey them up to the 4.2m Sorter uniformly. Besides, The Conveyor has two platform to select the bad garlic , and impurities.
Secondly, The Garlic Bulbs Sorting Machine will sort Garlic head with 6 sizes from smallest to largest efficiently. like 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm , 65mm , 70mm . We can design the sorting sizes with you needs.

Garlic Bulb Conveyor
To ensure Garlic Bulb food safety and healthy, we install 304 Stainless Steel Rollers to the Conveyor. They rotate and upload the Garlics uniformly and effectively.
Garlic Bulb Sorter
The Garlic Bulb Sorter use Rotating Rollers with designed holes. the correct Garlic Bulb will fall down from the holes to belt, and transfer to outlets.
We install green rotating belts between Rollers to protect the Garlic Bulb from damage, and speed up the conveying to next size.
There are one outlet for each size. We install red handle to control unloading garlics conveniently.
We install good quality Air Switch to ensure electricity safety.
