The HGH series Garlic Harvester Machine is tractor driven, and it combines pulling garlic from the field, shake the soil and collect to the middle of row automaticlly.

Designed to save time and labor, it ensures precise and effective garlic harvesting while maintaining the quality of the bulbs.

5. Two Black Collection Pates to collect the garlic to the middle of field.  thus we can gather them to the truck easier.

 

Firstly, It pulls garlic from the soil while minimizing damage to the bulbs.  Then the soil-shaking mechanism can cleanly separate garlic bulbs from the soil, ensuring cleaner produce .

Thridly, The Collection Plates can automatically collects harvested garlic in the middle of the row, making it easy to gather and transport.  Simple controls and reliable functionality make the machine easy to operate for farmers of all experience levels.

The Garlic Harvester ensures that garlic bulbs are harvested with minimal soil residue, reducing the need for post-harvest cleaning.  Suitable for both small and large-scale garlic farms.

When to harvest garlic ?

Wait until there are 4 to 5 green leaves on the plants before undercutting.  This allows the bulbs to fill completely while still having enough wrappers to keep them protected during storage. It takes us about 2 weeks to finish harvesting all our fields.  We also call the machine as Garlic Digger .  It can dig deep to the soil, pull garlic with soil without damage them.  then shake soil off, transfer the garlic to the ground.   You just collect the garlic easily from the ground .
