It’s harvest time and we’re pulling garlic! We wait until there are 4 to 5 green leaves on the plants before undercutting. This allows the bulbs to fill completely while still having enough wrappers to keep them protected during storage. It takes us about 2 weeks to finish harvesting all our fields.
We also call the machine as Garlic Digger . It can dig deep to the soil, pull garlic with soil without damage them. then shake soil off, transfer the garlic to the ground. You just collect the garlic easily from the ground .
