Can we adjust the Working speed ?
Our machine is equipped with a variable frequency speed control system, which allows flexible adjustment of the conveyor speed according to raw material conditions and production rhythm. It fits garlic in different states, such as dry garlic, wet garlic and garlic with different splitting degrees. Adjust the speed to control the residence time inside the peeling chamber, ensuring high peeling rate and lower breakage rate.
What is your guidance on peeling very tough garlic?
For tough hard garlic, please slow down the conveyor speed properly. This will make garlic stay longer in the peeling chamber.
Meanwhile increase air pressure a little bit. In this way you can get perfect peeling effect with low breakage.
