HGSF-600 Garlic Seed Splitter and Sizer combines can split the garlic heads open and size the garlic seeds for better planting. It has big impact for planting good and healthy garlics.
The HGSF-600 Garlic Splitter and Sorter uses the gap between the upper and lower silicone plates, and centrifugal force to squeeze and rub the entire garlic head into cloves.
Then The garlic stems and garlic heads are blown away from the machine from one side , by the built-in fan and can be recycled. Finally, The separated garlic cloves roll out to the clove sorting machine. which will rotate and sort them with 3 sizes.
We grade garlic cloves to grow big Garlic bulb, and increase yield.
When bulking up a variety it may be necessary to plant all cloves, including bulbils.
If you want to grow bigger bulb garlic and increase yield, Select cloves of the correct size and colour that are free of pests and diseases.
Small cloves will produce smaller bulbs than larger cloves and can, depending on the variety, be discarded. The biggest and fattest cloves around the outside of your garlic bulb will typically produce the best plants, and many people choose to eat smaller inner cloves but these can be planted too.
Grading assists mechanical planting, separates smaller cloves and allows the largest to be planted first.
