HGBS-3 Garlic Seed Splitting and Sorting Machine by HUAYO GARLIC is an automatic  line for Garlic Splitting and Seed grading.  It is important and nessary for Commercial Farm to prepare excellent Garlic Seed.  The line will split Seed Garlic bulbs to individual cloves, and sort them with 6 sizes effectively.  It can process 2-3 tons Garlic Seed in one hour for Seed Garlic Preparing at planting season.

The Garlic Seed Splitter can do good work for different variety Garlics, both Softneck and Hardneck Garlics.   It can adjust the splitting room space with 4 top Screws and springs.  Thus all garlics can be separated to good seed cloves completely and effectively  .  What’s more,  the Silicone Mill inside will protect Garlic clove from mechnical damage.

The Garlic Bulb splitting machine imitates the action of manual splitting, so that all the garlic balls can be separated.  It can adjust the gap of the rubber wheel, and the size of the garlic bulb can be used. It has the advantages of not easy to damage the garlic cloves and high separation efficiency. The equipment can divide 1500-2000kg of garlic into garlic cloves per hour, which saves a lot of manual labor and improves people’s working conditions at the same time.

Moreover, the Garlic Separator can suit different Garlic varieties by adjust screws.  It can separate different garlics without damage garlic skin. which is important for Garlic planting.

c. Garlic Seed Conveyor

The Belt Conveyor will feed Garlic automaticlly and uniformly.  After Separating, The cloves with separated Garlic skin will be conveyed to Grading Machine automaticlly.

The Garlic Clove Grading Machine  will sort the Seed cloves with 6 sizes uniformly.   It can blow away Garlic skin and shake impurities out at same time.   After grading, the cloves can be planted and sell with good performance.

The shaking screens have different hole sizes.  they will grade the seed clove with sizes effectively.

The Four machines are controlled by electric control cabinet , which will protect the machines when electric off.
